✅ Young or elderly, you deserve great care and if that’s not what is happening, I will support you to make it better or act as your advocate and write professional polite letters, call and explain your needs and use your rights to improve things. Often one call is all it takes – as an ‘insider’, I know my way around the systems!

✅ Inside Track, knowing how to word things, how to complete application forms, what phrases will trigger action, how to express what you as a patient or carer of someone needs - is half the battle and that is my skill. I have a 100% success rate in applying for things like attendance allowance – mainly for people who didn’t believe they even qualified and are now thousands of pounds better off.

✅ Care Packages, you may have been told you need to pay, but that may not be true. Maybe you have been paying for a relative to stay in residential care - but someone else should have picked up the bill and you may be able to reclaim funds! Maybe you or a relative are being Hospital discharged, but the right help isn’t in place. ✅ Referrals and Action, is your health or treatment stuck and you are not improving, facing massive delays? Maybe your Dr is reluctant to refer you to get more help/ Do you find it hard to talk to your Dr?
